1. Complete the form below to have an information package with an application emailed/ mailed to you (or call 770-345-3274 to request one by phone).
 
2. Participate in a personal interview and complete a background check. These include national, state and local criminal, sex offender and DFCS background check.
 
3. Participate the CASA Volunteer training curriculum and swearing in.
 
4. Be assigned to a child or sibling group's case and begin making a real difference in a child's life right here in your community.
